Welcome to Tiny Homes by Shea. Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing our products or services. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All sales are final. Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded. We begin planning, fabrication, or allocation of materials immediately upon confirmation, which is why all transactions are considered final.

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

• Returns must be authorized by Tiny Homes by Shea in writing prior to shipment.
   
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of the original delivery date.
   
• All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
   
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping and handling costs.
   
• Items must be in unused, original condition. Damaged or altered products will not be accepted.
   

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days. Custom-built container homes and personalized design items are non-returnable under all circumstances.

Shipping and installation are not included in product pricing unless otherwise stated. All logistics and setup costs will be determined based on location and scope of the project.

All Tiny Homes by Shea container homes come with a 20-year leak-proof structural guarantee. This covers any structural leaks originating from the original build, provided the home has not been modified, relocated, or damaged by external forces such as natural disasters, accidents, or improper maintenance.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic wear, damage due to user negligence, or failure to follow care and maintenance instructions.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us with detailed information and supporting photos. We will assess the issue and determine next steps based on the warranty terms.

All customizations or design changes must be confirmed in writing. Custom builds require signed design approvals and are subject to additional lead time and charges.

Tiny Homes by Shea shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use, transport, or resale of any products purchased.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the state of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
